Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the Sell By Chat Copilot Chrome extension and service. By installing or using it you agree to them.
The service
Sell By Chat suggests replies to LinkedIn conversations, helps you check Google Calendar availability and books calls you request. Suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You decide what to send.
Your responsibilities
Review every generated reply before using it. You are responsible for the messages you send, the calendar invitations you request and the information you choose to process. Do not use the service to impersonate anyone, send spam, harass people, break the law or violate LinkedIn's or Google's terms. You must keep your account secure.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put other users at risk.
Plans
The free plan includes 25 drafts per month. Paid plans are not currently offered. If they are introduced, their price, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy.
Third-party services
The service relies on Google, LinkedIn, AI providers and any tools you connect. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for changes they make.
No guarantees
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, sales or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
